Commercial tree work across East Sussex.
Insured, qualified tree work for builders, estates, landlords and farms. One qualified tree surgeon, £5m public liability, and the paperwork done properly. We turn up when we say and leave the site clean.
Different clients, one standard of work.
Most commercial jobs come down to the same thing: qualified, insured tree work, done around your operation, with paperwork that stands up. Here is where that lands most often.
-
Builders & developers
Site trees cleared before groundworks, protected trees flagged and TPOs checked first. Give us your tree protection plan and we work to it, so the build isn’t held up.

Farms & agricultural
A dangerous ash by the road, or a storm-felled boundary tree, taken down safely and cleared. Roadside timber is where you want someone insured.

Landlords
A storm-felled or dangerous tree dealt with the same working day, with one clean invoice for your records and your tax.

Managing agents & blocks
Communal trees pollarded or reduced, TPO checked first, risk-assessed, and invoiced so it recharges cleanly to the service charge.
-
Business & industrial estates
Trees over car parks, paths and access kept safe and out of your way, with minimal disruption to the working day.

The work, at any scale.
- Crown reduction, thinning and lifting on mature and veteran trees.
- Felling and sectional dismantling in tight or overlooked spots.
- Deadwooding over car parks, paths and access roads.
- Storm damage and fallen-tree clearance, fast.
- Hedge and boundary cutting, one-off or on a schedule.
- Stump grinding, and close-board or post-and-rail fencing to finish.
We work from a MEWP where the access needs it, and bring in the right kit for a bigger job. If it is more than one qualified tree surgeon should take on alone, we will tell you that too.
Insured, qualified, and documented.
- NPTC qualified, chainsaw and aerial units (CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39), plus emergency first aid.
- £5m public liability. Certificate to your office on request.
- All tree work to BS 3998, the industry standard.
- TPO and conservation-area checks done before we start, and the council notified where it is needed.
- Every job risk-assessed. For developer and site work we provide the method statement and risk assessment the main contractor needs.
- Wood chip goes to a local farm for cattle bedding, and good timber is turned into logs. Very little leaves the site as waste.
We are not a big contractor with a wall of accreditation badges. We are one qualified tree surgeon, properly insured, who does the job to standard and clears up after. If your procurement needs a CHAS or framework place we do not hold, we will tell you straight rather than waste your time.
We work around your day, not the other way round.
Your operation comes first.
A school cannot lose its access on a Monday morning with no warning. We plan around term times, opening hours and deliveries, and we tell the site manager what is happening.
An invoice that stands up.
A managing agent has to justify the spend to leaseholders. Ours is clear and itemised, so it recharges to the service charge without a query.
We keep you on programme.
A developer needs the trees gone so groundworks can start. We turn up on the day we agreed and clear what we said we would.
One point of contact.
You deal with the person doing the work, start to finish. No account manager, no chasing, no being passed around.
Most of our work is within twenty miles of Heathfield.
That covers:
